Greenpoint’s Serv GP 10, 20 and 40 Service contracts are intended for those customers that either don’t want a formal support contract or where the costs are seen to be prohibitive.
Purchased in blocks of 10, 20 or 40 hours and used as and when incidents occur, this service offers the security of having a formal contracted service with the flexibility of keeping costs to a minimum.

- Call back within 1 hour if the call can’t be resolved instantly
- Incident call reference raised for each job that is tracked and escalated
- A deduction in multiplies of 10 minutes will be made to the contracted hours
- Further hours can be purchased when the current hours have been used
Remote Access
- Unlimited remote access to your systems will be available to investigate & resolve issues quickly and effectively and without the need to visit site
- Time is deducted in multiplies of 10 minutes
Pro-active Monthly Remote Support (optional)
- We will check the networks' key areas of risk
- Check that backup logs
- Check Anti-Virus software is up to date
- Provide server health checks
- General network problems
- Program and operating system updates
Onsite Visits
- Contracted onsite rates
Pay as You Go
- Greenpoint's Helpdesk, IT Technicians and IT Consultancy are available
- Charges are based on a call out charge, travelling and repair time
- Advantage no monthly fee
- Disadvantage: reactive only, higher variable cost
